There are three easy steps. The first step is web page optimisation, the second submission and the third reporting. Contracted web pages are specifically optimized for the Keywords agreed. This does not mean that you are stuck with those Keywords. It means that the web page must be re-optimized from the start else you might have problems. You will not see satisfactory results if you simply add a couple of keywords to the Meta Keywords Tag, .
Re-optimization is perfectly acceptable (and free), but you may see a drop in rankings while the search engines re-index your website and of course you will be competing with additional Keywords.

Top Google Ranked Keyword List - Initially we will ask you to complete our simple Meta Tag Generation Form. We use your contributions to help us research the 'Top Ranked Google Keywords' for each web page contracted based on real Google search engine data. You will then have an opportunity to refine each keyword list.
Bespoke Meta Tags - Next, we will create new Meta Tags for each web page based on their Google keywords lists.
HTML Cleanup and Tidy Service - Once you have verified your Meta Tags, we will then insert the new tags into each web page (replacing any Meta Tags currently there). We will then check the HTM code and fix any errors found to W3C compliance. The web pages are then uploaded via FTP or forwarded to you to upload to your web server.

Did you know that each of your web pages can contain different Keywords and Phrases? Don't sell your web pages short! Consider a travel website offering cruises. The homepage may provide generic Keywords regarding cruises; however, specific content web pages may feature Norwegian Cruises, Caribbean Cruises and so on. META Tags for the categorised web pages can be written to increase the relevancy for each content web page, thus boosting the traffic to the website exponentially.
Although many of the larger search engines do not 'Spider' the Keyword META Tags on your web page, and in some cases ignore these completely, the use of META Tags on your web page still serves an important purpose. Whilst the bigger engines tend to 'Spider' whole web pages instead and obtain their results from that (which is covered during further steps), smaller search engines don't have as much physical space to work with and must do things differently. It is in these particular engines you will find that META Tags are still very important.

As part of our optimisation process, we do a lot of work with Keywords. First, we'll identify the Top Google Ranked Keywords for each web page included in your service. To research the Keywords, we use 'Metacrawler' and 'Dogpile', the two largest Meta crawlers on the net. With the results, we then performed a competition search using Google. Google gets 64% of all search engine traffic (approx. 112 million a day)! We sort and finalize the Top 30 Keyword Phrases from the maximum 100 returned for each web page.
Next, we'll redesign the META Tags and optimise each web page. Each web page will include ROOT Keywords which will make up the Relevancy of that page. To calculate the visibility score, we first assign a number of points to each of the first 30 positions, as follows:
Position 1 = 30 points Position 2 = 29 points .......................................

Position 30 = 1 point
Positions below 30 have 0 points.
The visibility score is the sum of the points given to web page (URL) by each major search engines and directories, such as, Google™, Yahoo!® and MSN Live. The visibility percentage is given by the sum of visibility scores from all the search engines and directories divided by the maximum number of points that the search engines can provide.
Example:
3 search engines give 3x30=90 points. If you have web page that has the following positions:
Search engine 1: Position 1 = 30 points
Search engine 2: Position 10 = 21 points
Search engine 3: Position 32 = 0 points
The visibility score is 51 points. The visibility percentage is 51/90 = 0.5666 = 56.66% which approximates to 57%.
