It is All About Time!

 

For monthly plans, we handle the time spent and advise you if the time is going to exceed. If your plan has exceeded for that month and you require additional services, you can add extra hourly blocks of time (that do not recur) or wait for the next month. Excess time in your plan cannot be rolled into the following month. Extra blocks of time are not month specific and can be used anytime. Minimum order is one hour per month.

 

The Website Management Service offers you a 24 hour turnaround from any given request. If the work cannot be delivered within the time available, we will let you know. Similarly, if we cannot provide a requested item for any other reason, we will let your know with the reasons.

 

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by cancelling your service prior to the recurring date and signing up for another plan. Time includes advice, education, research, support, email generation plus contact to third parties.
